At our initial meeting we will sit down with you and try to understand your needs and determine if the project is a good fit for both of us. At this time, depending on the type of project, we may also be able to provide you with a ballpark estimate of the potential costs so you can better understand if the scope of the project works with your budget.
We can meet at our office or at your business or residence, if you prefer. The primary purpose is to get acquainted and answer questions you may have as well as help you get to know and understand our company. There is no fee for initial consultations. |

Potentially the most important phase in the building process, the design stage can vary widely depending on the amount of research and thought you have already put into the project.
We employ an in-house draftsman as well as interior design specialists who are available to help with the design of the project. If you are already working with an architect or design professional we can collaberate with them to produce the final design.
Depending on the scope of work involved there may be charges associated with the design of the project which would be outlined for you before we begin the design process.

Once the design is complete and product selections or allowances determined, we will be able to provide you with a very detailed and accurate estimate for the proposed design. This estimate can be used for financing purposes if you are working with a bank. In addition, we will provide you with a folder detailing the various costs and bids associated with the project. |
The construction contract is completed prior to work beginning. The construction contract will define responsibilities and the payment process, as well as establish the initial project timeline. A written construction plan will be provided to you prior to the start of construction.

Once actual construction starts, we will help guide you through the entire process as well as help with making all of your selections. In addition, we will conduct regular meetings with you throughout the construction process. Hopefully this personal attention to all the details will result in a rewarding home building experience.
