About R. Henry Construction

R Henry Construction is an innovative, full service residential custom home builder focusing on distinctive new home construction in Mankato and the surrounding areas. The company is based in the Lake Jefferson area, near Mankato, Minnesota, and was founded by Rich Weyhe, Neal Browender and Tim Paulsen. The three partners share a common philosophy of building that focuses on architecture, attention to detail, craftsmanship and functionality. R. Henry Construction provides a full range of services to its clients, with each partner focusing on a specific niche. Rich is primarily responsible for three areas 1) the strategic, business and financial side of the company, 2) overall project management, and 3) home design and the interior finish detail. Neal, a licensed residential contractor, is the on-site manager, with his primary responsibility being the day to day management of the employees and subcontractors. Tim, a licensed residential contractor with over 16 years of experience in residential construction, is responsible for project scheduling, framing and all aspects of the construction process.

R Henry Construction also employs a professional interior designer, Margot Weyhe, to assist clients with design advice and product selections. Margot has over 15 years of professional design experience which includes an extensive expertise in new home construction. She will help guide clients through the home building process by assisting them with product selections such as flooring, lighting, plumbing and electrical fixtures, interior and exterior color selection, built-ins and other design ideas. Collectively, the R. Henry Construction management team has over 40 years of home building experience. R Henry Construction is a member of the Minnesota River Builders Association (MRBA).
